COOPERANT has officially introduced its project through its Instagram account, @cooperantproject, which will serve as a new channel for sharing progress, results, and content related to Concentrated Solar Power and thermal energy storage.
The project is developing advanced Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) and Thermal Energy Storage (TES) technologies to improve the efficiency, reliability, and dispatchability of solar energy. According to the project’s official information, COOPERANT is developing an integrated CSP-TES system combining a high-performance volumetric receiver with hybrid thermal energy storage.
The solution uses air as the heat-transfer fluid and is designed to reach temperatures of up to 1,000 °C. Through its official account, COOPERANT invites the scientific, industrial, and energy communities to follow the project’s progress.
