Cooperant Project

Changing the future of solar energy, with the financial support and collaboration of talent

Contribution & benefits

COOPERANT proposes a revolutionary technological integration to unlock the potential of the 3rd CSP generation to favour dispatchable RES-based generation by coupling high-temperature TES and more efficient power cycles.

  • Reaching high-temperature efficiency and cost-effectiveness through CSP operation at approximately 1000°C.
  • Overcoming variability with a cost-efficient TES system to improve the dispatchability of solar energy.
  • Upscaling feasibility in line with CSP roadmap supported by digitalization to ensure broader adoption.
